1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if the request is made before the order status changes to “Processing.”

Same-day cancellations are allowed, provided the order has not entered the processing stage.

Once an order is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy

Since we deal with spices and food products, we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons.

Refunds will only be issued for orders that are successfully canceled before processing.

If an order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

No refunds will be provided for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.
