👩‍🍳 How to Make It

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix flour & salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
2️⃣ Slowly add ice water, stirring until dough forms.
3️⃣ Wrap & chill for 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Roll out dough & press into a 9-inch pie pan. Trim & flute edges.

Step 2: Make the Filling

5️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, brown sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, and spices.
6️⃣ Pour filling into the prepared pie crust.

Step 3: Bake

7️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
